This work on major investigations in Counties Manukau and Canterbury earned multiple honours, including nominations for Detective of the Year and winner of the prestigious Crown Solicitor’s Award.

Known for his precision, judgement, and calm, pragmatic style, Brendan now applies the same standards at Avon Investigations, helping clients navigate sensitive matters with confidence and clarity.

Claire brings 20+ years of operational and leadership experience, having managed high-performing teams within one of New Zealand’s most trusted organisations. She ensures Avon Investigations runs with efficiency, structure, and absolute professionalism.

Her strengths in people management, resource allocation, and client service create a smooth, reliable experience for every client — backed by her trademark energy, attention to detail, and commitment to practical solutions.

With nearly 30 years in policing — including roles in Organised Crime, Asset Recovery, and VIP Protection — Bryan has led some of the country’s most complex investigations. His work has been recognised through multiple commendations and a commendable  Silver Merit Award.
