How Our Fees Are Structured
Document Service
We provide document service throughout New Zealand and internationally. Our standard pricing regions are:
- Christchurch Central - Within 5km of the city centre (flat service fee)
- Christchurch Suburbs - Beyond a 5km radius of central Christchurch (mileage may apply)
- Canterbury Rural - Travel exceeding one hour (billed hourly plus mileage (no flat service fee))
- Nationwide - Flat fee in main centres; mileage or additional fees may apply in other areas
- Online Service - Via platforms such as Facebook or email, where legally permitted
- International - Tailored solutions delivered through our trusted global network
If preferred, we can quote in advance (simply tick request a quote in our online form) so you’ll know exactly what your service will cost. If anything unexpectedly changes due to factors outside our control, we’ll contact you before any additional charges are incurred.
Every document service includes:
- Up to three service attempts at the nominated address
- Return of an affidavit of service (if supplied)
Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the service:
- Mileage (outside central Christchurch or for nationwide services)
- Urgency (services required within 8 hours or on short notice)
- Printing and administrative preparation
- Courier fees (charged at standard postal rates)
- Affidavit preparation (if not supplied)

Our trace services are detailed and comprehensive. Success often depends on the quality of information provided — more data can shorten the timeframe, but we can also commence with very limited details.
Each trace includes thorough checks, investigative intelligence, and a clear written report.

Investigations
Because every case is different, we tailor our approach and quote on a case-by-case basis. We can work either on an hourly basis or within a set budget. For complex matters, we can also provide staged quotes to match different phases of the investigation.
