Step 1 – Upload the documents / Obtain a quote
Complete our online form below and upload the documents, together with as much information as possible to assist with the service. If you need pricing first, tick ‘Request a Quote’ and we’ll respond promptly. Otherwise, your submission provides everything we need to begin immediately.
Step 2 – Instruction & assessment
We review your documents and instructions, confirm any legal, logistical, or safety considerations, and determine the most effective method of service. This assessment ensures the right approach from the outset and helps avoid delays. We’ll contact you if we need to clarify any matters.
Step 3 – Service
Your matter is allocated to the most suitable process server. We carry out the service professionally and lawfully, making up to three attempts (or as instructed) and document each visit. If appropriate, photographic, video, or written evidence is captured.
Step 4 – Confirmation & reporting
Once service is completed, you receive confirmation and our invoice.
- If you’ve requested an affidavit, we will prepare and return it.
- If you’re going to supply an affidavit, we will complete and return it on receipt.
If service cannot be achieved, we provide a detailed record to support any application for substituted service.

Yes, as people have differing routines, workhours and other factors, we’ll purposefully vary the times of our visits to ensure the best chance of achieving service.
We make it as simple as possible! You can head to our upload page and follow the instructions of what we need. If you’d rather reach out on phone or email, that’s fine too! We’ll make it as simple as possible! We just need to know who the documents are for, where they need to be served and provided with the documents for serving and we’ll do the rest.During the service attempts, we’ll keep you updated and let you know when it’s completed (or if there are any issues with completing service).If you don’t know where they live, have a look at our tracing page to see how we can help you
Yes absolutely, we have a team of agents on hand to complete service on multiple groups. Previously we have served documents on groups of up to 30 people across New Zealand and internationally. We can form the best strategy for successful service, or we can work with your preferences. When it comes to reporting the service, we can update you on each successful serve or report at the conclusion.
Our agents’ safety is always a priority, but our team are experienced and comfortable making hard decisions under pressure so will do all possible to serve your documents. If the risk becomes too great, we’ll discuss it with you and establish if there is an alternative option (e.g. trying to serve with another of our agents or changing the approach). If we can’t guarantee our agents safety, we’ll advise of next possible steps or options available to you.
Workplace is fine, we’ve had success serving people at their workplace. We’ll usually discuss this with you to ensure the person isn’t unnecessarily embarrassed or the situation agitated unnecessarily.
