How long does process serving usually take?

This can depend on the person being served, but generally we will make three attempts at different times across a few days to give you the best chance of progressing your matter.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and online credit/debit card payments.

Do you offer urgent or same-day service?

Yes. A first attempt at service in Christchurch will usually take place within 24 hours (often sooner), unless there are any unforeseen circumstances. If your documents require short-notice or same-day service, we do offer an urgent option, which attracts an additional urgency fee that we will advise you of upfront.
