Does the cost depend on the number of attempts?

No. You’ll receive a set number of attempts as part of the fee. The cost is tied to the location of the person to be served and the number of addresses we need to visit.

Can you provide photographic or video evidence of service?

Yes, we can. Several of our agents wear body cameras to assist with proving service in Court and to avoid disputes about whether service occurred.

What details are included in your service reports?

Our reports will include the name of the person served, the address where service occurred, the date and time, and a list of documents served. We also include commentary confirming the recipient’s identification and whether service was accepted. Finally, the reports contain all required details of the process server.

Will the proof of service hold up in court?

Absolutely! Our agents are also trained and prepared if they’re required to give evidence to ensure the best possible witness in Court.

Do you provide an affidavit of service?

Yes. If you provide the affidavit, we’ll complete it as part of the service fee. If you’d like us to prepare our own, there is a small additional fee.
